Refund Policy

When a free trial is offered, you can evaluate SRLOG during the trial period without a subscription charge. A valid payment method may be required. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid the first subscription charge.

Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the billing interval and price shown at checkout. You may cancel at any time through the billing portal. Cancellation prevents future renewals and normally takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period.

Canceling a subscription does not automatically refund charges already paid. Access remains available through the period covered by the payment unless a refund is issued or applicable law requires otherwise.

Refunds may be issued when:

• You were charged more than once for the same subscription period.
• A verified technical problem prevented material use of the paid service and SRLOG could not resolve it.
• A refund is required by applicable consumer law.
• SRLOG or Paddle determines that a refund is appropriate based on the circumstances of the request.

We generally do not provide prorated refunds for unused time, changes of mind after substantial use, failure to cancel before renewal, or dissatisfaction caused by simulator updates, unsupported telemetry, or third-party services outside SRLOG's control.

Email contact@srlog.io as soon as possible after the charge. Include the email address associated with your SRLOG account, the charge date, and a brief explanation. Do not send complete payment card details.

Paddle is SRLOG's payment provider and merchant of record. We may ask Paddle to review or process the request, and an approved refund is returned to the original payment method. Bank processing times may vary.

This policy does not limit any cancellation, withdrawal, refund, or other consumer right that cannot legally be excluded in your country or region. Where mandatory law gives you stronger rights, that law applies.
